The FIBO CAE ontology provides a hierarchy of 20 “Action” subclasses, which are transformed into entities in the data model package.
The package for data model objects derived from the Corporate Actions ontology module. This ontology provides a high-level overview of actions, including corporate, market, and regulatory actions, ranging from business-oriented events such as address and name changes to those that are more specific to securities.
